Mr Scott Thomas teaches the Flute & Clarineo for us at all our schools. Mr Thomas has recently returned to New Zealand after a year away in Europe where he was working as a full time touring musician with German band - Smalltape and US/German band - Alex's Hand. Mr Thomas completed a Bachelor of Music majoring in jazz saxophone in 2011 and has since been a regular performer around Auckland and New Zealand in bands (House of Shem, Fortress Europe, Queen City Big Band and more) and as a theatre musician (including Auckland Theatre Company's "Jesus Christ Superstar", "Guys and Dolls", "Amadeus" and Silo Theatre's "Peter and the Wolf").
Mrs Amanda Burr - Violin
Mr Daniel Nihotte is our brass tutor and teaches both the trumpet and trombone. Mr Nihotte is a graduate of St Peter’s college and is currently studying classical trombone performance at the University of Auckland. Daniel has been in musical groups such as the AYO and the New Zealand Youth Brass Ensemble.
